Booking and payment policy

(Equivalent U.S. amount is acceptable.  For cheques and money order we will credit you for the actual Canadian amount deposited at our bank according to the exchange rate for that day.)

To hold your booking we require at least half of the rental fees.
As for the remainder of the balance you have two options . One you can send us a cheque or Interac e-Transfer as long as we receive it at least 30 days before arrival. Or option two pay the remainder on the day of arrival. If you decide to pay the day of arrival please take cash. Let us know which option you will be going with.

We also require a $500 damage deposit on the day of arrival. Cash or cheque is acceptable. Damage deposit will refunded in full at the time of check out if inspection of premises is satisfactory.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is received at least 90 days before date of arrival you will get any money paid minus a $50 cancellation fee refunded. If a cancellation is received at least 30 days before date of arrival you will get any money paid minus a $100 cancellation fee refunded. If a cancellation is received less than 30 days before the date of arrival no refund offered.

Other things to note:
Check-in is after 4 pm. If arriving late, please let us know.
Check-out is by 11 am.
Rental is for maximum of 6 adults.
There is no smoking inside or on the deck.
