To hold your booking we require at least half of the rental fees.
As for the remainder of the balance you have two options . One you can send us a cheque or etransfer, as long as we receive it at least 30 days before arrival. Or option two pay the remainder on the day of arrival. If you decide to pay the day of arrival please take cash. Let us know me know which option you will be going with.

We also require a $200 damage deposit on the day of arrival. Cash or cheque is acceptable. Damage deposit will refunded in full at the time of check out if inspection of premises is satisfactory.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is received at least 90 days before date of arrival you will get any money paid minus a $50 cancellation fee refunded. If a cancellation is received at least 30 days before date of arrival you will get any money paid minus a $100 cancellation fee refunded. If a cancellation is received less than 30 days before the date of arrival no refund offered.

Other things to note:
Check-in is after 4 pm. If arriving late, please let us know.
Check-out is by 11 am.
Rental is for maximum of 6 adults and unlimited amount of children
There is no smoking inside or on the deck.
